To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Our house is a smoke-free environment. Please avoid smoking and vaping on the property.
Kitchenware / Dishes
We've fully stocked the kitchen for you. Accidents happen, but if anything breaks please let us know.
Waste Disposal
We appreciate your cooperation in disposing of all trash and recyclables in the provided bins before checking out.
Fire Pits and Places
Fires may only be set within the designated areas (indoor fireplace, outdoor chiminea and Solo Stove fire pit).
Sauna / Hot Tub Usage
Please ensure no more than 4 people in the sauna and 8 people in the hot tub at one time.
Furniture Arrangement
Please do not rearrange furniture, to maintain the integrity of the space and the safety of our floors.
Parties / Events
To protect the property and be respectful of our neighbors, parties and large events are not allowed.

A/C and Heating
Each room has a mini-split temperature control device. Feel free to adjust the thermostat to your liking!
Radiant Heating
The house has full radiant heat with multiple zones — the first floor has 2 zones and upstairs has zones in each room.
Stove Operations
The stove is an electric stove which works with all standard pans. Use the controls on the front to change temperature and settings.
Vinyl Record Player
Next to the fireplace you'll find the vinyl record player. A select set of records is below to enjoy!
Trash & Recycling
A separate bin has been provided for both trash and recycling. Please help us by using the appropriate bin.
Washer and Dryer
The washer and dryer are available for you to use. Please handle with care as you would your own.
Digital Game Table
In the game loft is a digital game table with many games to choose from. Many are multi-player for group fun!
Family Games
In the loft you'll find many different family games including Clue, Sorry & Monopoly. Please return them once done.
Filtered Water and Ice
Cold water and ice are available from the refrigerator door. Use “Auto-Sense” for a hands-off experience!
Cleaning Supplies
You'll find basic cleaning supplies conveniently located under the kitchen sink for your use.
Shampoo & Conditioner
Bathrooms have been stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Please use & enjoy.

Roku TVs
Setting up streaming TVs
Roku HD TVs are wall-mounted in the living room and each bedroom. Roku TVs allow easy personal streaming using your own credentials, with automatic sign-off upon departure.
- 1.Choose your sign-out date. Turn the TV on and choose your desired sign-out date.
- 2.Open your app. Navigate to the desired streaming app on the home screen.
- 3.Add an app. If your desired app is not available, add it using Search.
- 4.Sign in. Enter your account credentials when the app opens.
- 5.Enjoy. Guest Mode automatically signs you out and removes added apps on the date you specified.

Grill & Outdoor Kitchen
We've equipped your stay with a 4 burner grill perfect for fulfilling your grilling needs!
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these usage instructions:
- 1.Start the Grill: There are 4 knobs that control the main grilling area. Each of them uses a snap ignitor. Turn each knob to spark the gas.
- 2.Sear Station: The searing section (the far right burner) is a high temperature area. Turn the knob and push the ignitor button to start.
- 3.Wait for Temperature: Grills take a while to heat up — give the grill 10-15 minutes to come to temperature.
Enjoy your grilling experience!
Safety:
After you're done cooking, please ensure you turn off all knobs on the grill. Allow the grill to cool before replacing the grill cover.

Heating & cooling
Mini-Splits
Each room has its own Bosch mini-split that provides both heat and air conditioning, controlled by the remote in that room.
- 1.Power: Press ON/OFF (the orange button) to turn the unit on.
- 2.Pick a mode: Press MODE to cycle through Cool, Heat, Dry, Fan and Auto. The current mode shows on the display.
- 3.Set the temperature: Use the up/down TEMP arrows. The display shows your set point — 68 to 72 degrees is comfortable year-round.
- 4.Fan & airflow: FAN changes the fan speed, and SWING/DIRECT moves the louvers to aim the air where you want it.
- 5.Quiet at night: SLEEP gently eases the temperature overnight. TURBO does the opposite when you want a room cooled or warmed quickly.
Troubleshooting:
Unit turns on, then right back off? The mini-splits share one outdoor system, so they cannot run in opposite modes at the same time. If one room is set to Heat and another to Cool, the units will short-cycle. Check every unit in the house and set them all to the same mode — all Heat, or all Cool — and they will run normally again.

Outdoor lighting
String Lights
Three sets of string lights light up the back yard — over the pergola, around the fire pit and above the hot tub. The switches are a little hidden, so here is where to find them.
- 1.Pergola lights: The strings over the pergola dining area are controlled by a switch mounted on the pergola post.
- 2.Fire pit lights: The strings over the fire pit patio are on a second switch on the same pergola post — flip both to light the whole yard.
- 3.Hot tub lights: The lights above the hot tub are on a switch on the OUTSIDE of the house, next to the stairs that lead up to the smaller deck. It is not inside.
- 4.Before bed: Please switch the lights back off when you head in for the night — the switches are in the same two spots.
- 5.On a schedule: The lights are set to turn off every hour starting at 11pm. If you are still enjoying the yard, feel free to flip them back on!
Cannot find a switch?:
Look for the two weatherproof switches on the pergola post nearest the house for the pergola and fire pit strings. The hot tub strings are the only set NOT controlled from the pergola post — their switch is on the OUTSIDE of the house, right next to the stairs up to the smaller deck. Text us anytime and we will point you right to it.

Sauna Usage
We've equipped your stay with an Almost Heaven Outdoor Barrel Sauna!
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these steps:
- 1.Set the Temp: Adjust the thermostat to your desired temperature range from min to max.
- 2.Start the Heater: Turn the timer to “1”. You should hear a click as the heater turns on. NOTE: If the heater does not start, press the reset button under the front left corner of the heater.
- 3.Wait for Temperature: The sauna takes 30-45 minutes to reach 180 degrees.
- 4.Using the Sauna: Once the sauna has reached the desired temperature, enter and relax.
Enjoy your sauna experience!
Safety:
Limit your sessions to 15-20 minutes, especially if you're new to sauna use. Stay hydrated and listen to your body.

Hot Tub
Welcome to your 8-person Master Spa Balance 9 Hot Tub! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these usage instructions:
- 1.Opening the Cover: The hot tub cover is designed for easy removal, however it is heavy. Two people can open the cover — one on either side of the hot tub.
- 2.Enter the Hot Tub: Carefully enter the hot tub using the steps.
- 3.Jets and Lights: Activate the jets and lights on the control panel.
- 4.Closing the Cover: Ensure the cover is securely closed once done.
- 5.Other Buttons: Please do not press other buttons on the hot tub that may interfere with its usage.
Enjoy your hot tub experience!
Safety:
Limit your sessions to 15-20 minutes, especially if you're new to hot tub use. Stay hydrated and listen to your body.

A few things guests ask us most often.
Are there towels for the Hot Tub and Sauna?
Yes. Towels for the hot tub and sauna are provided in addition to bathroom towels.
Is firewood provided?
Yes. There is a full supply of firewood and fire starters for the outdoor fireplaces. The indoor fireplace is propane, so no wood is needed inside.
